Here's an interesting scenario. I'm calling it a Code 3.
Dude with the brew is obviously getting jammed up hard, and it appears here that Glasses is doing the dirty work.
Now, why just a Code 3? Well, we don't have significant evidence to indicate Glasses is aware she's jamming up Dude with the brew. Intent plays a huge role in jamming somebody up.
Also, there's a possibility that Dude with Brew is just drunk and fighting off a headache. But, it's more likely that Glasses just saw something she was happy with on the TV, and Dude with Brew just lost some sort of bet - or just hates what he sees altogether.
